So, my game rocks. . . oh, and also. . .Toracon
Oh, I updated. Yays.

And in other news, the RPG I run, Half-Dragon, is the shit. It's been going for over two years now, and I'm loving the development. We've had nothing but good sessions recently.

Oh, and my bird is a crap machine. Oh my god. . . bird poo, everywhere. Yeah.

Also, I was asked some time ago if I'd reconsider attending Toracon. I am.

The asshole who *caused* me to blacklist this particular con has apparently had a rather hellish couple of months, recently. Homelessness, lack of friends. . . oh. . . the works. Karma's been slapping him around like a dirty whore. I feel somewhat avenged. My life, in comparison, is absolutely awesome right now. . . probably the best it's ever been. It might be time to let go of the anger, and realize I've won.

So, I'm e-mailing the staff now, for an art table. It might be too late. It doesn't really matter. I'll let you all know if I end up going.

Yeah, all pets are poo machines. It's one of the odd things about keeping them. We have 2 cats and a dog. I feel like my life is consumed with one end of the animals or the other! What type of bird do you have? The larger birds can be quite social and have great personalities that make the clean up worth it.
As for karma, it's a harsh mistress. It's easy to believe in when things are going well for you, but when your world collapses? It's hard to think it may be because you were an asshole to some guy on the subway once, you know?

The latest update is looking good. You should get away from the computer more often. I especially like the disparity between Dawn and Demeter's physical size in this update (and especially the last one)... You rarely draw them in the same panel at the same time - getting some sort of physical reference is useful when it comes to picturing the implied action(s) in the comic.

On reflection, I don't know why I'm assuming you drew this without direct reference to the online comic. I just do. Continuity issues aside, the comic just seems to look better that way. I don't know how exactly... They're less perfect but more interesting, if that makes any kind of sense.

Karma like the wind flows with you at times and against at others. How we treat others and ourselves is important and we should strive to help our fellows and ourselves for in end we are nothing but a part of a greater whole. Grudges are never good.
